Introduction to SkateboardingThe Town of Halton Hills is pleased to offer an introductory skateboarding workshop! This 1.5-hour workshop will introduce participants to the basics of skateboarding. Topics covered include skateboard terminology, how to balance and move on the board, basic equipment maintenance and park etiquette. Please note that this program is intended for skateboards only and does not cover scooters or BMX bikes. Safety is an integral part of this workshop. All participants MUST supply and wear a CSA approved helmet and elbow and knee pads. |
