During the heat why not cool off at the Centre and enjoy a movie. This Friday, June 23 we will be featuring “Lion”. Movie begins at 1:00 p.m. Come a little earlier and have a slice of pizza for lunch
Please note due to low ticket sales the summer dance scheduled for Friday, June 23 has been cancelled. If you have already purchased your ticket, please bring it to Staff for a refund.
The centre is currently sold out of Garden flags. We are hoping to get more in, so please call the Centre for more information. The last count I heard we are getting really close to the 30,000 needed to hit the Guinness Book of Records. WAY TO GO!

What a lovely celebration we shared with Mayor Rick Bonnette to celebrate the 150 Flags Project. Thank you for helping us honour Canada’s 150 Birthday in support of the Chamber’s challenge to be the MOST PATRIOTIC TOWN IN ONTARIO. It was wonderful to mark this milestone with all of you.
On Friday, June 30 @ 11:30 a.m. come celebrate Canada’s “150” and enjoy Canadian pizza, Maple cookies, tea/coffee at the Centre. Your $2.00 Ticket is available at Reception. Wear your red and white to show your patriotism.
Hillsview Active Living Centre, Georgetown is offering a Paint and Cocktails afternoon on Wednesday, July 12 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Come out and enjoy an afternoon of painting your very own masterpiece that you can take home that day. No experience necessary! Laurel Burnett from Paint and Cocktails will be here to help you create FUN art, not FINE art. All supplies are provided. If you would like to join please sign up at Reception. Cost is $35.00 / member or $40.00 mon-member.
