    Quality Camps mean Amazing Experiences!

    Exciting new adventures, building friendships, imagination, exploration, play and fun!  These are just some of the things your children will enjoy when you choose a summer camp experience with the Town of Halton Hills. We offer a wide variety of high quality and affordable camps, highlighted by the following benefits:

    • Professionally trained staff
      Our leaders have certifications in CPR, First Aid and HIGH FIVE® quality assurance including Principles of Healthy Child Development certification.
    • Great Leader-to-Camper ratios
      Ratios of 1:7 for preschool camps and 1:10 for other camps. Supplemented with Assistant Coordinators and trained volunteers.
    • Modern facilities
      Our facilities are spacious, accessible and local. Most facilities provide the added comfort of air conditioning.
    • Camps for all interests
      Sports, art, science, swimming, theatre, bus trips and more. Something for everyone!
    • Affordable and flexible
      Camps start at $143 for a full week. Camp hours provide a full day experience from 8:30am - 4:30pm. Extended hours available at each camp with an option to attend swimming lessons at some locations.

    Summer Camp Hours for 2017

    Camp Hours
    Programs run from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Additional hours are available outside program hours for your convenience.

    Holiday Weeks
    Summer camp will not run Monday, July 3 and Monday, August 7. Fees associated with camp running this week have been adjusted accordingly.

    Extended Care
    Please ensure you register for extended care hours in addition to camp.

    Age Requirements
    Our camp age requirements are in accordance with the Province of Ontario's Child Care and Early Years Act. Only children who are 4 years of age at the start of program will be permitted to participate in any camp program.

    Children with a Special Need or Health Condition
    If your child has a special need and/or requires support while attending camp, please contact 905-873-2601 ext. 2275 to discuss options for ensuring a successful camp experience for your child. Calls placed early allow staff more time to coordinate and prepare assistance.

    Financial Assistance
    The Region of Halton and the Town of Halton Hills Recreation & Parks offer financial assistance to qualifying families. For more information, please review our Affordability and Inclusion Policies, or contact Recreation Services at 905-873-2601 Ext. 2263.
