In the golden age of reggae, some of Jamaica’s brightest stars lit up an unexpected stage: Toronto. Despite facing racism, limited resources, and a resistant industry, they transformed the city into a reggae hotspot with their love-filled, revolutionary beats. Their legacy still echoes worldwide, from Bathurst Street to Eglinton Avenue.

This exhibition tells the story of life through the fundamental elements of growth. Just as these elements are essential for all living things, they have also been pivotal in Paul’s personal growth as an artist. Inspired by the great Van Gogh and Tom Thomson work, Paul aims to transcend photographic realism, offering viewers a deeper, more emotional connection to the natural world.
