How to book facilities

Ice rentals
Request arena ice time using our online facility booking tool. Please note that requested ice needs approval before the booking process is complete.
Parks and outdoor spaces
Rentals are available for park shelters and outdoor spaces for private events. Browse our Parks and Trails page for photos, locations and amenities.
Sports fields and ball diamonds
To book a sports field for your group or sports organization, call 905-873-2600 ext. 7722 or submit a facility request form.
Special events and block parties
Special events have a positive impact on the community, bringing residents together to get active, socialize and celebrate. Exciting upgrades at Mold-Masters SportsPlex and Acton Arena
Thanks in part to funding from the Government of Canada through the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario), the Town of Halton Hills was able to install key heat recovery systems and electric dehumidifiers at Acton Arena and Mold-Masters SportsPlex in 2023. These systems improve thermal comfort, ice making performance and energy efficiency of the facilities while also reducing GHG emissions. Read more about it here on our news page.
