Body Blast
This is the ultimate strength fitness workout! Utilize tubing, dumbbells, body bars, and your own body weight to sculpt and strengthen your muscles. Please bring a yoga mat/towel.
Bone Builder / Bone Builder Virtual
Bone Builder is a group resistance training class focusing on exercises to strengthen the spine and hips for those with osteoporosis or at risk of developing the disease. Postural and balance training is also included for falls prevention.
Cardio Sculpt
NEW! Core & Floor
Designed to strengthen the core (abdominals and back) while also improving posture and gluteal strength, this class lays the foundation for safe movement and a strong body. Learn safe and effective ways for getting down and up from the ground- an important life skill. Feel and see the benefits when performing other daily activities such as gardening or pickleball. Please bring a towel. A mat will be provided as most exercises are in the laying down position.
Easy Does It
This class offers a gentle combination of chair exercises, walking, stretching and circulatory exercise – all set to great music. Put pep in your step and be prepared to have lots of fun. Great for body and mind!
Line Dance
In this class, you’ll learn dances to a variety of music. Have fun and exercise at the same time. This class is designed for participants with Line Dance experience. Wear soft-soled shoes.
Intro to Line Dance
Intro to Line Dancing will teach you the basics of line dancing with no experience or partner required. Wear soft-soled shoes.
POUND®
POUND® combines cardio and strength activities in a workout inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.
Qi Gong
Qi Gong is a form of Chinese exercise involving the practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation. Coordinated gentle rhythmic breathing is performed with slow repetition of fluid movement, to create a calm mindful state.
T'ai Chi
T’ai Chi is a form of Chinese exercise that involves learning a sequence of slow graceful movements which may improve circulation, coordination, balance, and concentration. You will be performing gentle rhythmical movements that mobilize every muscle, joint and ligament in the body.
T'ai Chi - Intermediate/Advanced
This class is designed for experienced participants who have attended a minimum of 2 sessions of T’ai Chi.

T.I.M.E.
The T.I.M.E. program (Together in Movement and Exercise T.I.M.E.™) is a group exercise program for individuals who have balance and mobility problems as a result of a condition such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, acquired brain injury, or weakness after a hospital stay. Designed by physiotherapists, this 1 hour program is led by T.I.M.E. certified fitness instructors. Days: Monday/Thursdays. Health professional clearance is required. Walk This Way
Lace up your sneakers and join this instructor-led program for a moderate paced cardio pumping walk that's good for your muscles, your mind, and your mood! You will receive a free resistance tube which is incorporated into exercises along the way.
Walk Fit Pass
The WalkFit Pass provides access to indoor walking at arenas in Acton and Georgetown. Conditions are always right for a walk in our climate-controlled facilities!
