HALTON HILLS, ON – The Helson Gallery is excited to announce the opening of its highly anticipated exhibition, "Strictly Local," running from May 30 to July 21, 2024. This annual showcase of local talent is curated with the theme "Strictly Local" in commemoration of the Town of Halton Hills’ 50th anniversary.
The exhibition features carefully selected artwork by talented local artists, each piece offering a unique perspective on the vibrant community of Halton Hills. From landscapes to thought-provoking abstracts, visitors will have the opportunity to engage in the creativity of the local art scene. As Halton Hills celebrates its rich history and bright future, "Strictly Local" invites visitors to explore different artistic interpretations of past, current and future Halton Hills.
"We are thrilled to present 'Strictly Local' as part of our town’s 50th-anniversary celebrations," said Mayor Lawlor. "This exhibition showcases the incredible artistic talent within our community and serves as a tribute to the unique character and spirit that is Halton Hills."
The Helson Gallery is located at 9 Church St., Halton Hills and is open Wednesday to Saturday 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Sunday from 1 – 5 p.m.
