NOTICE is hereby given that Council for the Town of Halton Hills will consider passing a by-law to authorize the transfer of the lands described below to the Regional Municipality of Halton for the purpose of road reconstruction, at the Council Meeting to be held on Monday, January 22, 2024:

Part Lot 12, Concession 11, shown as Part 1, 20R-22231, Town of Halton Hills (Norval)
Council shall hear any person who claims to be prejudicially affected by the By-law and who applies to be heard. Anyone wishing to be heard at this meeting must submit an Application to Appear before Council by Friday January 19th at 4:30 p.m.
