Emergency malfunctions

If you see a hazard such as exposed wires, a loose street light arm or a motor vehicle accident involving a street or pathway light, please let us know immediately by calling Public Works After-Hours Line at 905-873-2600, press 2 and follow the prompts.

Culvert & drainage problems

• Culvert is plugged with debris, heaved up, caved in or frozen (causing flooding)

• Ditch is plugged and water not flowing

• Leaves and debris accumulate in ditches
